University Challenge

It’s the opening match of the Christmas quiz for grown-ups with two teams doing battle for a place in the semi-finals. The Christ’s Cambridge team includes painter and broadcaster Lachlan Goudie and poet Helen Mort. Playing them is the St John’s Oxford team, including thee BBC business editor Simon Jack and author John Lanchester. Jeremy Paxman asks the questions.
